静かに設計し、手で築く

Websites, designed quietly and built by hand.

Builders is the website studio of Hovarns — a studio of digital craftsmanship that makes premium landing pages and brand sites.

Two kinds of website, one kind of care.

Builders makes two things: landing pages and brand sites. Each is designed for the person who owns it and built by hand, page by page.

Landing pages

A single page with a single purpose — an offer, a launch, an invitation — set with enough restraint that one message lands and the next step is obvious.

Brand sites

In Japan a family crest is how a house is known at a glance. A brand site does that work across several pages: who you are, what you do, and how to reach you.

  • DesignLayout, type, colour and imagery shaped around your brand.
  • Responsive buildPages that read well on a phone, a laptop and a wide screen.
  • PerformanceLight pages and self-hosted fonts, so the site opens quickly.
  • SEO basicsClear titles, descriptions, a sitemap and structured data.

The Builders philosophy

“Restraint is the loudest signal of confidence.”

— The Builders philosophy
  • Designed quietly

Fewer things on the page, each chosen with care, so the important ones are heard.

  • Built by hand

Every page is designed and built for its owner, line by line, rather than poured into a template.

  • Room to breathe

Ma is the Japanese sense of meaningful space: what is left out shapes what is seen.

From first call to a site that lasts.

Every project follows the same unhurried path, unrolled one step at a time like a hand scroll.

  1. Listen

A conversation about what the site is for, who it speaks to and what it has to do.

  2. Sketch

Structure and words first: what goes where, and why, before any polish.

  3. Design

Type, colour, imagery and motion, shaped around your brand.

  4. Build

Hand-written, responsive pages, checked on phones and large screens.

  5. Launch

The site goes live on your domain and is checked from end to end.

  6. Care

A site keeps growing after launch, so updates are planned for from the start.

The details nobody notices — until they are missing.

  • Typography

Faces chosen for your voice, with care for size, spacing and line length.

  • Motion

Movement only where it helps, and switched off for anyone whose device asks for less.

  • Speed

Light pages, self-hosted fonts and no heavy frameworks unless the site needs one.

  • Accessibility

Readable contrast, visible focus, keyboard access and labels for screen readers.

Tools, in plain words.

No page builders and no mystery. These are the materials a Builders site is made from.

  • Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Plain web technology that browsers understand directly and that ages well.

  • Self-hosted fonts and images

Served from your own site, with nothing extra loaded from elsewhere.

  • Inline SVG for drawing

Illustration, ink and icons that stay sharp at any size and weigh very little.

  • GSAP and Lenis, where motion earns it

The animation and smooth-scrolling libraries behind this very page.

  • Built to be found

Meaningful headings, metadata, a sitemap and structured data for search engines.

Working together, through one door.

Builders is preparing a private portal where clients and the studio team pick up where they left off.

  • Clients and the studio sign in with one Hovarns account, using Google.
  • The same account works across every Hovarns service.
  • The portal is not open yet — the sign-in page says so plainly.

Questions, answered plainly.

How long does a website take?

It depends on scope. A single landing page is smaller work than a brand site with several pages. After the first conversation you get an honest estimate for your project.

How do I start?

Call +91 99437 08347. Tell us what the site is for, who it speaks to and when you need it.

What do you need from me?

Your goals and your audience, any brand material you already have (logo, colours, photographs), and the words for the site, or help shaping them.

Who owns the finished site?

Ownership of the domain, content and code is agreed with you in writing before work begins. Ask about it on the first call.

Do I need an account?

Builders uses your Hovarns account with Google sign-in. The client portal is not open yet; until it is, everything happens by phone.
