Horvarn Edu Coaching (case study)
Our own product: one app for the office, teachers, students and parents of a coaching centre, under the centre's own name.
The brief
Coaching centres run on registers, spreadsheets, notebooks and group chats. We set out to put the whole centre on one app the centre can present as its own, built around the rituals of Indian entrance coaching: mock tests out of 720, ranks, an NTA-style exam screen, Today's 10 practice and Tamil for parents.

What we did
Role apps
Office, teacher, student, parent and partner school, each seeing only their part.
Exams
Question bank, paper builder, NTA-style online exams with full screen, screen share and tab-switch rules.
White-label
Five theme files, the centre's logo, colours and domain.
Signed licence and updates
ECDSA P-256 licence and a signed update manifest, checked in the browser.
